This stack is great value and gives you real results.
It has everything you expect a quality protien powder to be.
Only downside is that it sometimes doesn't mix well.
Great price and encourage everyone to sign to stop the introduction of V.A.T. on top of our supplements.

After a break from the gym I'm back at the gym and I need some 24 hour protein powders to help get the protein amount I need and this has delivered.. Excellent taste I have both whey and casein in chocolate flavour as it suppresses my sweet tooth! But mixes great with water and porridge. Have gain nearly 6 pound in 3 week with this product and a good diet. Would highly recommend

I use toffee whey protein first thing in the morning (which tastes fantastic), and cappuchino casein (which also tastes great) around 20-30 mins before going to bed and this keeps my muscles well maintained day and night, whey mixes easier than the casein with water or milk, whatever your preference, taste gets my vote.
