A) Yes, absolutely The testosterone increasing effect is true for men, not for women. The estrogen suppressing effect will also have positive effects for women during short cycles as women in particular have difficulty with problem areas like the hips and legs. Short cycles of 4-8 weeks are perfectly fine.
Q) Can you take Backdraft every day?
A) Yes! Another great way of taking it is 5 days on, 2 days off. We advise taking it every day for best results, splitting your dosage into 2 servings - one taken first thing in the morning, and one pre-workout (or in the early afternoon, whichever is further from the original dose on the day in question).
DIRECTIONS
