Q) Can you take Backdraft every day?
A) Yes! Another great way of taking it is 5 days on, 2 days off. Directions:
Take the first dose directly upon awakening and wait approximately 30 minutes before having your first meal or protein shake. Take the second dose approximately 60 minutes before your workout, preferably on an empty stomach.
