Omg I took a BlackCat 30 mins before going to the gym as recomended by BBWH.
Once i had started my cardio work out it was like my energy was not getting any lower. I started at 5pm and had to stop at 6:20 because i had to meet somebody. but had i not have had stop i don't know how long it would have carried on for.(Posted on 24/01/2012)
