MMA Fighter Jason Law talks us through his daily dose of supplements to complement his training and diet.  

 

Supplements have become such a massive factor in sports nowadays, breaking the boundaries of limitations, expanding our abilities and maximising potential. I am a massive fan of  supplementation that supports me, alongside a good diet. You will find my cupboards full of all sorts of different things, some essential and some just for convenience.

In this post, I have listed some of my regular supplements and a few of my favourites that i use for convenience or for that little extra edge. When it comes to the taste of protein, I am a massive fan of Italian Vanilla Milkshake flavour! I mix it in the protein pancake mix then drizzle Walden Farm Syrup on top.
