With Summer finally here, we kick the week off with amazing Protein Ice Lollies! Drop down your kit bag, head for the freezer and have A great post workout treat in the Summer heat! The break down of these tasty protein ice lollies is equally as amazing with just 1g fat and 25g Protein! WOW!!!
(makes 2 Protein Lollies)
- 1 banana chopped
- 170g Fage Greek Yogurt
- 2 scoops Performance Protein Chocolate Macaroon (45g serving)
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the banana, yogurt and protein then blend thoroughly.
3. Pour the mixture into lolly moulds and pop into the freezer for a few hours.
Such a simple and effective recipe with an amazing Protein content of 25g.
