Body Transformation Challenge - Week 6

There is just 13 days left as we count down the end of our 2014 Body Transformation Challenge!  That's right, you have battled through 6 weeks of training and dieting to be where you are today. You have no doubt been moody, tired and felt like giving up but you haven't.

Week 6:

Here in the office, we have all taken part in the Body Transformation Challenge but Kim and Steve have been brave enough to take every step of the transformation challenge with you. They have worked much harder and sacrificed much more than any of us here at Bodybuilding Warehouse HQ. During the last 6 weeks, they have avoided a Burrito run, a Charity Sweet Box, leaving biscuits and even a custard tarts delivery sticking with their Transformation Stack and healthy eating! The effort they are putting in has seen their fitness levels sore and this week they share there 6 week progress pictures before they ramp up their efforts for the final two weeks!

Its a good idea to take some more pictures of yourself and really focus in on what you need to do for the next two weeks a head of your final shots.  You may also want to super charge your cut with a thermo fat burner like Warrior Blaze. Next week we will issue some reminders on how to take your final images and where to send your information. So for now, we wish you the best of luck for the final stretch!!
