Today marks the start of week 7 and the finish line is almost in sight! We are closer to the end goal than ever before and since you've made it this far, we have no doubt that you will make it to the end! Week 7 is notoriously tough on the mind, so if your motivation is low this week just remember that this is normal. Take any negative energy and use it as fuel for the week ahead. Push yourself hard, arm yourself with effective pre-workout nutrition and give every session, everything you have!
This week we catch up with Jamie to see how he's progressing.
Jamie's Body Transformation;
It's the start of week 7 and the end isn't too far away now, only 3 more weeks to go! Overall I'm quite happy with the progress I have made over the 7 weeks, although I have let my diet slip this last week, which I am a bit gutted about!
My main goal for the rest of the challenge is to keep on top of my diet as best as possible and train extra hard to make sure that I get best results I can. I am going to start training twice a day, one weight session in the morning before work and one cardio session after work.
The end isn't too far away and I am really looking forward to seeing how far I have come and seeing the physical change in my appearance
