Protein Recipes

It can sometimes be difficult to find a tasty High Protein snack that you won’t get bored of, tastes great and packs in all the nutrients you need to help fuel your body. It’s safe to say that you get all of this with these Recipes and they’re the perfect high protein snack for pretty much any time.

There are plenty of recipes that you can use for breakfast or even post-workout to get that high protein intake in! However, when meals such as Pancakes are made with white flour and doused in syrup they provide an avalanche of carbohydrate calories that will cause your six pack to cry foul! When made from finely ground almonds, paleo worthy almond flour turns your pancakes into a much more suitable substitute without sacrificing on the amazing taste. Beyond helping you to dodge excess carbs, almond flour also has higher amounts of protein, heart healthy monounsaturated fat, and the potent antioxidant vitamin E than grain based flours. Mixing in Bodybuilding Warehouse Premium Whey 80 boosts the protein content making it ideal for anybody looking to build, shape or tone muscle. The blueberry infused yoghurt topping also provides a bonus of antioxidant firepower.
