Lower Back Injury

Clocking in once again for an update, nothing much has changed on the injury front, still having to watch the lower back but not being a believer in injuries stopping training all together it has allowed me to train around this and feel muscle contractions elsewhere really getting that mind muscle connection back. I have also been adding in a great supplement which is available on the main site from Bodybuilding Warehouse called Matador by AD, I cannot state how impressed I have been with this product, it is a glycogen disposal agent, meaning basically it helps your body utilise the carbohydrates you eat and use them for getting into the muscles more conveniently as opposed to storing them for fat, I am growing and experiencing crazy fullness and pumps in the gym which I cannot complain about.

As far as future updates on the blog what would you all like to see? Training details? Diet details? Lifestyle? let me know and I will be more than happy to oblige!
