Pre Workout Pancakes

If you're bored of making the same snacks why not mix it up with these Pancakes! They're seriously simple to make and are made with our Pure Whey 80 in Chocolate Cookie flavour.

Pre Workout Pancakes

Here's what you will need:

  • 2 Whole Eggs,
  • 2 Egg Whites,
  • One Scoop of Pure Whey 80 in Chocolate Cookie,
  • One tsp of Almond Butter,
  • One Scoop of Oats


Here's what to do:

  • First of all you will need to gather all of your ingredients named above,
  • Put them all into a blender and mix them together until smooth,
  • Once smooth pour your mixture into a pan,
  • After 2-3 minutes flip over and leave for the same amount of time just so that they're golden brown on both sides,
  • If you have any mixture left over, just repeat!

The amount that we used gave us two pancakes, but it depends how thick you would like yours! We had ours on their own but try topping them with a healthy treat like desiccated coconut or fruit such as bananas or mixed berries!
