Progression involves constantly pushing yourself... Are you pushing hard enough?
If you want progression, ask yourself that question over and over again, every time that you enter the gym, every time that you have your meals, every time you wake up and every time you go to bed. What is the answer? Are you pushing hard enough?
When you are pushing yourself to the max you will be more than aware of it, you will be leaving the gym knowing you couldn’t do anymore, every set you were supposed to take to failure could not have included any more reps, could not have gone any heavier without sacrificing your safety and your body to injuries.
Has that sweat stained the gym floor showing the gains you have been making picking up that heavy iron?
Are there echoes of the pain and screams you have gone through whilst hitting that heavy set of squats or squeezing that last dead-lift out, fibres ripped, ready to make the most of the recovery from the nutrients you are about to feed them?
I have witnessed so many people say, ‘I can’t gain, I am trying everything’ and then when I’ve spotted them or taken them through a session they hurt for days and then tell me over and over, ‘I didn’t know I had to work that hard’ it opens up their eyes and lets them into the real world, if you want it you can get it, you just have to be willing to pay the price. In this case, the one of searching for body perfection and constant increase in fitness that price is 100% every time you hit the gym, every meal, every night when you sleep.
There are a couple of supplements I can recommend to give you that edge over the weights and show them who’s boss. Pre workout around 30 minutes before a nice serving of Warrior Rush and Premium Whey Probiotic then intra workout Bodybuilding Warehouse Excel you can find these on the site.
Welcome to progression.
