Here's what you will need to make your Protein Bread
150g of self raising wholemeal flour
25g of Walnuts
3 scoops of Bodybuilding Warehouse Pure Whey Protein Concentrate 80 (Banana Flavour)
Vanilla essence – 4 drops
100g of Total 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt
150ml of Pure Liquid egg whites
2 whole eggs
A pinch of salt
10g of cinnamon
Coconut oil for greasing
How To Make Your Protein Banana Bread
First pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees and then sieve the flour; I'd recommend that you save the bran for the top of your loaf. Next, add the sieved flour to a blender, along with the pure whey 80, and the rest of your ingredients. Now Blend! Whilst your ingredients are in the blender, grease a bread tin using the coconut oil. Once your mixture has been fully blended, fill your bread tin with your mixture. Next, sprinkle over your sultanas and add the bran to the top of the loaf. Add your mixture to your pre-heated oven and Bake for 35-40 mins, making sure that there is still a spring in the middle of the loaf.
