If you ever get a little tired of consuming protein shakes everyday, why not use some of that protein powder to make some of the protein recipes that we have on site. Just search #Recipetime across social or on the blog and you will find a good selection of protein recipes to get you started. Today's featured protein recipe is this tasty healthy protein cookie dough.
Protein Cookie Dough Ingredients
400g ground almonds (can use ground cashews)
1/2 scoop of Bodybuilding Warehouse Pure Whey 80. We used millionaires shortcake but any flavour will be suffice.
2tbsp Pure Coconut Oil
4tbsp Vita Fiber. You can use honey but Vita Fiber is healthier.
1tbsp Pure Micronised Oats
Melt the vita fiber and Pure Coconut Oil in the microwave and mix all the ingredients together until it forms a dough like texture. Next, flatten your mixture out into a container and add pure chocolate pieces if desired. It will be healthier without the chocolate pieces but we all love a bit of chocolate and if you go for pure, dark chocolate its a healthier option. Next, refrigerate your mixture and leave in fridge for 30 mins and then it's ready to eat!
