Lucy Denver's Performance Protein Flapjacks Recipe
Lucy Denver tweeted us a picture of her Performance Protein Flapjacks and they looked so delicious that we had to get the recipe and give them a try ourselves. If you have a spare 20 minutes, why not give this protein flapjacks recipe a go yourself.
Performance Protein Flapjacks Recipe
1 x Cup of Jumbo Oats
1 x Scoop of Bodybuilding Warehouse Performance Protein
1 x Ripe banana
1/2 Scoop of broken cashews
1/2 Cup of flaked almonds
1/2 Cup of dried coconut
1 tsp Vanilla extract
A dash of Honey and a splash of milk to bind
Mix all the ingredients together
Bake in the Oven at 170c for 15 minutes
