Protein Recipe: Coffee Bars

Protein Bar DIY: If you're looking to make own protein bar, this recipe makes epic Protein Coffee Bars that pack 10g of protein per bar and are clean enough to enjoy as a sweet fix during diets and whilst following a training plan.

1 and half scoop Bodybuilding Warehouse Premium Protein Coffee

200grams Greek yoghurt

1tbsp Nutella

2 tbsp Pure Coconut Oil

120 gram Pure Oats

2 medium Pure egg whites 

2 tbsp low cal sweetener


Preheat oven to 160 degrees

Blend the oats to form oat flour

Place the Nutella and coconut oil in the microwave for 1 minute

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together well Protein Recipe Proteincoffee bars

Lay mixture on baking sheet on baking tray and smooth out to about 5mm thick

Place in oven for 10 minutes

Once mixture has solidified take out of oven and slice into bars

Place back into oven for 2-5 minutes

Let bars cool and spread anything you want on the bar and sandwich together, I used peanut butter, Nutella and jam on mine


The macros for this protein recipe are as follows;

(Per bar)

Protein 10grams

Carbs 14grams

Of which sugar 4grams

Fat 8 grams

Caffeine 22mg a bar
