What are super sets?

Super Sets are a method of exercise that involves doing two different exercises one after the other with no rest in between. The exercises that you choose to super set can involve the same or different muscle groups.

Here are 3 benefits of super setting your workouts? side crunch

  1. Workouts Are Shorter! Doing one exercise after the other without rest will take less time and is an efficient use of your workout time.
  2. More Intensity! This workout focuses on the same muscle, but uses different exercises, to add intensity to your workout and active all those ab muscle fibers.
  3. Overload those Abs. By working the same muscle with one exercise right after the another, you are able to overload your muscles without heavy weights.
