The Diet

05.30am BBW Performance diet whey, lglutamine
06.30am Porridge oats, skimmed milk
08.30am 6x eggs scambled
11.00am 100g BBW peanut butter 4x salt & vinager rice cakes
14.00pm 1 x chicken breast mixed veg/ salad
15.30pm iBCAA
17.00pm BBW Performance diet whey, glutamine,creapure, dextrose
19.30pm 1 x chicken breast, sweet potato chips/ mash and mixed veg/ salad
21.30pm Milk protein

Main meals

Main meals were alternated with;
Tuna
Steak
Turkey
Home made lean mince burgers
