Does your gym bag resemble santas sack or is it packed full of essentials?
We asked around the office and some gym bags contained some random bits of kit. It can be hard to know what to take to the gym these days, as there are a mountain of products designed especially for gym use. Some people carry Fat Grips, Chalk, Lifting Straps or even a yoga mat. We suppose it really depends on what your workout consists of but there's never an excuse for a toiletry bag which resembles half of your bathroom!
