Mass Attack Heavyweight packs a monster 1300 calories per serving when mixed with water (even more if mixed with milk). This potent blend of protein, carbs and nutrients is enough to pack muscle on the most stubborn frame.
In addition to high quality macro-nutrients, Mass Attack Heavyweight contains the "heavyweight gain stack", a precise mix of Creatine Monohydrate and Dextrose Monohydrate designed to transport Creatine to the muscles quickly and efficiently. Continued supplementation with Creatine has been shown to increase power and muscle size and strength.
Unlike most high calorie mass gain products, Mass Attack Heavyweight mixes easily in a shaker and is not overly thick, making it easy to consume. Recommended Use for Greatest Muscle Gains:
Add 3 slightly heaped scoops of powder to 300ml of water or milk (you may need to add more liquid if milk is used to obtain desired texture) in a blender or blender bottle-style shaker and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Not recommended for mixing in shakers without mixing grills. For best results use a blender bottle style shaker cup.

Not a bad shake however I didn't see much gains until the first month. Now i've gained 1/2 a stone and benching a lot more. Good overall product.

main thing was for me that the shake actually stays with me & this did as it didnt neccesitate a toilet break within a 1hr of taking it, settled well with me , and cost to serving is as good as it get's will all the added performance supps included.

Starters, the flavour is great it's vanilla ice cream and Iv been fussy through out the years. The amount you get is brilliant value, it last me a while and iv noticed a change in my weight within 2 weeks. ( never have before) also can't believe delivey is free it's a huge product and would have cost around £10 -£15 for delivery come very fast.
