Recommended Use (Based on a 75kg Male):
For best results mix 3 rounded scoops with 350ml – 400ml of water to taste. Consume one shake 60 – 90 mins before and one immediately after your workout. On non workout days consume one shake in the morning and one in the late afternoon or evening.

this is an excellent all-in-one product. everything u need for post work out. fast release protiens and a blend of carbohydrates (other than just malto) gave nice quick recovery and helped me get closer with my goals.
