Do not consume 1 tablet more than every 3-4 hours, up to a maximum of 1000mg per 24 hour period. Do not consume within 4 hours of sleep.

I have taken many of the BBW sups and I have come to trust this brand for its quality and price.
I first ordered the 100cap bottle and was quickly back for this 200tab bottle. This is great stuff.
I take one every morning in the week + I blend one into my pre-work out shake for a boost going to the gym. In general I don't take any on the weekend. It gives me a smooth long burst of energy lasting a good 4/6h's, I couldn't live with out it!
One negative, it can be some times hard to swallow it seems very 'powdery' on the outside and can stick in your mouth and be warned its not a pleasant taste when this happens!(Posted on 06/03/2012)
