Before I had taken this supplement, I was aware of what creatine was, but I had also heard of the negative aspects, most notably the bloating. However, after being referred this product by a friend of mine, I must say that while the strength has increased, I have not gained any unwanted bloating. And for the value this is a steal.

First off, you get 200 days worth of creatine for £15. That's like £2.10 per month. Does exactly what it says on the tub and it's all you'll need, creatine mono is the most studied and works perfectly. After a week or two you'll notice an increase in strength.
