I have always been a fan of mono as it's always worked for me, this is a great cheap alternative that can function like an expensive product. I add some maltodextrin for an insluin spike when taking it with my PWO and first thing. I do however wake up with a very very dry mouth even afer loading the water. recommned above prodcuts x 20 more expensive
