Directions For Use:
Mix 1 serving (20g) with 300ml of water and stir vigorously. On workout days consume 1 serving intra-workout and 1 serving post (or swap your post-workout serving for 1 serving of Bodybuilding Warehouse IsoClear). The ingredient profile of this product covers everything you need from a quality BCAA product. Once you get over the initial taste, you really get used to it, mixing easily with water. I have seen significant improvements in recovery times and a reduction in aches and pains!

Never tried BCAA's before & no dieting for a show so thought I would give them a go. I bought the Blackcurrent Excel & I had to add squash to it to make it drinkable found it had a very artificial taste, BUT wow got some serious pumps whilst training & have found that I don't fatique as quick when on low carbs have definately got more energy & don't really suffer with DOMS the next day....Did order the orange flavour next time & that is lovely!!!! Would recomend Excel to anyone......

i use excel as a pre workout drink, and intra workout as it helps with pumps for me, since ive bought it, i do not train without it now, helps me with DOMS and recovery, i have orange flavour which is brill with water or fruit juice is good too, i havent tried the blackcurrent flavour yet though, foamy when mixed, but tastes a bit like sherbit to me, defo recommend.

My favourite BCAA product by a long way I also use Xtend but prefer Excel as the former is a bit too sweet for me on a regular basis. Excel helps massively with recovery and I find increases pump during my workout. Wheather bulking or cutting I would never want to train without it. Excellent product at a great price.
