Directions For Use:
Mix 1 serving (20g) with 300ml of water and stir vigorously. On workout days consume 1 serving intra-workout and 1 serving post (or swap your post-workout serving for 1 serving of Bodybuilding Warehouse IsoClear). You may combine each serving with Bodybuilding Warehouse Creatine Gluconate if desired.

I use this every morning with my cardio, the quality of the product compared to its price is unreal. I currently use blackcurrant and the taste is a little funny but all BCAA products are like this, especially the ones with good quality amino's. Would definitely recommend this to anyone

Well I have been using this now for a few a week and it works great, the only downside is that I have the blackcurrant flavour and it is not the best taste, but to be fair any BCAA's I have taken never taste good. The price is fantastic for the amount you get and I will be using this time and time again, thanks BBW!

i have use this product for the first time the other day on my weight training day and i found to be a good source of protein as it kept me going right throw my work out with plenty of energy and the orange flavor is spot on for me and good thing about this product is that it has got BCAA in it and you dont fell low after your work out

This product is very good! It is very effective, cheap and easy to take. However, I'm not a great fan of the orange flavour or convinced of the mixibility sometimes. Despite this, its still miles ahead of the nearest competitor, would recommend it definitely!

I bought this product as i was running low on bcaa's. I'd never tried bbw version so I decied to buy it. I got the orange flavour and it tastes of sour orange, still its a great product. I'm using 5g pre cardio, 5g pre weights, 20g intra weights, 5g rest days and it is working really good.

Great product.
I changed to this after trying similar products from other companies. This product is far better and far more effective. I noticed a substantial improvement in recovery times meaning I can train harder for longer.
The product tastes great and mixes well. It mixes well with bodybuilding warehouse protein and is easily digestible.
