Like others have said I also find this product large in size and hard to swallow some times.
I took these whilst cutting, can't say if they helped much but I did loose quite a lot of weight whilst taking this with my diet.(Posted on 06/03/2012)

I always get my green tea tablets from BBW. They equal or exceed the quality of all other companies but are much better value. And the tablets are not that big.

The tablets are big but I have found them helpful in keeping viruses away, no impact on weight loss for me. Need to take food or it might upset my stomach.

Top product but beware these tablets are massive. Aslong as you dont mind swallowing what is a very large tablet which dissolves in your mouth straight away then go for it!!!
