I take these with my pre-workout and always find that i sweat so much more with them, than without them which is a good sign! Of course, everyone is different in how supplements work for them, but I am really fond of these. Plus there is an endless list of benefits with Green Tea.

Definitely worth a try for many reasons, i take them all year long, not just for cutting, but usually only with my pre-workout (which is 4/5 times a week).
