Unsure if its helped but stacked with other fat loss sups its much has assisted and with great value too.

I take these with my pre-workout and always find that i sweat so much more with them, than without them which is a good sign! Of course, everyone is different in how supplements work for them, but I am really fond of these. Plus there is an endless list of benefits with Green Tea.
Not to mention the value for money for a 120x750mg tabs!
Definitely worth a try for many reasons, i take them all year long, not just for cutting, but usually only with my pre-workout (which is 4/5 times a week).(Posted on 25/10/2012)

Like others have said I also find this product large in size and hard to swallow some times.

The tablets are big but I have found them helpful in keeping viruses away, no impact on weight loss for me. Need to take food or it might upset my stomach.

Top product but beware these tablets are massive. Aslong as you dont mind swallowing what is a very large tablet which dissolves in your mouth straight away then go for it!!!
