As title suggests, and as in previous review, these are working really well for me. I will have to have these as a drink. They expand rapidly with water and I can see some people may find them hard to swallow. I have with a shake in the morning and night, and you have a great glutamine.

Glutamine has absolute importance in building lean muscle and preventing catabolism. I take 5g daily, but after hard training even more is advised. The pills dissolve in mouth straight away, better to put them in shake and drink them. The price is great, so is the value
