Milk Protein Concentrate is added because it is naturally high in Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA's) and has an excellent overall amino acid profile. Suggested Use:

Great product to use before bed time, mixability can be poor sometimes so make sure you use enough water. Try mixing one scoop of choc orange casein, 50 ml of water and a tub of Quark cheese (Low carb, low fat, costs about 80p from supermarkets) to fill up before bed. It sound rank but trust me, tastes like angel delight and has about 40g protein!! Overall, very good product.

Thought I'd give this stuff a go after seeing how reasonably priced it was. I got the cappuccino flavour after wanting something new for a change and found it to be one the best tasting shakes ever ! I absolutely love it and it mixes well in a shakers too. Very pleased with this stuff.

tried near all the flavours but by far the best is strawberry. 450ml ice cold water with 2x scoops, its as thick as a McD's milkshake and tastes even better! Brilliant before bedtime.
