Mixing Suggestions:

This means that if you forget your shaker cup, or don’t have the time to get out the blender, you can mix Premium Casein Probiotic with just a glass and spoon! Add 1 scoop of Premium Casein Probiotic to 180ml of water or milk, and stir for about 30 seconds or until powder is completely dissolved.
• Shaker Cup: Add 1 scoop of Premium Casein Probiotic to 180ml of water or milk in your favourite shaker, cover and shake for about 30 seconds.
• Blender: Blenders allow you to get creative! Why not add a fresh banana and natural peanut butter to your Premium Casein Probiotic shake? For basic mixing, add 1 scoop of Premium Casein to 180ml water or milk and blend for about 30 seconds. To make the shake more adventurous, add 2 scoops of Premium Casein to 400ml milk, 2-3 ice cubes, and a fresh banana, and blend for 30 seconds; voila! You have a fresh, delicious, healthy chilled milkshake.  

Tip: Adjust the intensity of your Premium Casein Probiotic by varying the amount of liquid you mix it with. For a stronger, richer flavour use slightly less liquid.
