I've used this for a long time as a staple. All the flavours taste good in water and chocolate / strawberry in milk is the best tasting protein supplement I've ever had.

Helps with the gym when coupled with a decent diet.

I've been using this stuff for a long time now. I get great results from it & find the nutrition ratio is ideal for me whereas some other gainers on the market can just make you fat. This gives me great LEAN gains. Top notch.

This is an old favourite of mine, and although I liked the performance protein, I prefer the texture and taste of this mass gainer more. Banana chocolate smoothie can get a little sickly, but even then still tastes great. Top top product and the value is amazing!

This mass gainer is good stuff. I can mix it easily just using a shaker. I got the strawberry flavour and its the first suplement ive used that is actually 'morish', it tastes great. Its a pleasure to drink this stuff instead of a chore like some out there!

Bought this product on a special offer so big plus on the price in that instance, unfortunately it's more expensive now due to bloody VAT.

Strawberry flavour is awesome, and vanilla is good too but a little sweet for me. Product does exactly what it says on the tin, good blend of healthy ingredients for packing in extra calories ,without going OTT, and it's ideal as a handy MRP

top quality mass gainer here, high calorie but not stupid like some mass gainers boasting 1500kcal per serving (get me fat and bloated please? muppets!)

mixes great in a standard mixer (water first then add the protein to avoid clumps)

recommend you use 400/500ml water per 70g scoop otherwise its very viscous!

I got strawberry and tastes pretty nice not amazing but hey I didn't buy a mass gainer for the taste properties I want mass!

value, well its very fairly priced compared to companies like maxi muscle 908g £30 please? jog on maxi muscle BBW has my business from now on.

as for performance its too early to say on gains but i suspect I've gained a solid 3lb in the last week (I weigh myself every Sunday morning before i eat or drink anything for a true reading on the scales)

ingredients look bang on for slow steady QUALITY mass gains.

will be re ordering and recommending to the guys at my gym.

Purchased Banana choc smoothie and strawberry. Both taste amazing and seen some good gains from it. Not sure why but the strawberry doesnt agree with stomach but smoothie is amazing! Will buy more!

Almost finished 2 tubs of this stuff and gained almost a stone in weight along side a good diet and training programe, also kept my body fat down, also tastes great and mixes fine give it a try good value!

Took advantage of the pre vat offer . I got the chocolate and the strawberry . Taste is excellent , it does mix to a thick consistency compared to BBW whey but its an observation not an issue .
I would recommend this product and company to anyone . I have not been let down so far

Took advantadge of the 2 for £55 offer prior to the VAT rise, both strawberry and chocolate taste fine, though the chocolate I think is even nicer, the strawberry has a slightly chemical taste to it, but thats being picky, its still more than nice enough. I blend them using a magic bullet blender, 70g of it mixed with water and it comes out slightly thick like a mcdonalds thick shake, the chocolate one being even nicer than the guff they serve in maccys! Highly recommend, has helped put a bit more mass on over last few weeks so no complaints at all from me.

Excellent value for the money - one tub lasts about a month, that is one scoop in 400mls of milk in the morning and one in the evening. 20 odd grams of protein per serving and 240 calories is a good amount, and taking it with milk increases it to 450 calories and 30 g of protein. i have been taking for two months and have added 5kg (as well as improved diet and a steady increase in the amount i am lifting. gym 2-3 times a week).
Taking this immediately after a workout helps with recovery, less aches the days after.

Great taste and good mix, but you need at least 400ml. if you use 300ml its the consistency of melted ice ream and is a bit thick.

Don't bother with anything else Over priced "brands"(Progain extreme 16 servings per tub fo r55 quid, what a rip off).

Try stacking it with BBW creatine, but make sure you don't take it with milk at the same time as the creatine wont be absorbed correctly.

Overall very impressed, and great value for money. good taste and good results (+5kg in 2 months so far)

i like this stuff due to its clean ingredients and mixes very well and taste is realy good i bought the chocolate flavour,some other reviews say it dosent mix well belive me it dos,i mix it in a shaker the one with the ball,i add 400ml of whole milk then one scoop of this stuff and shake mixes perfectly every time,as for gains havent been useing it long enough to comment.

Great formula, a very clean weight gainer, Strawberry tastes good, the only reason its not getting 5 stars from me for quality is the mixability isn't 100% perfect, other than that its great

Hi John - thanks for your feedback - it certainly is a great value and great tasting product in our range and 4 great flavours to try! In relation to the little clumps, I'm sure you are probably already adding the Premium Mass to the water (rather than the other way around) and then giving it a good shake. Being a Mass building product it does need a good shaker cup with a mixer ball or a top filter to get it smooth with the benefit of the slow release carbs it contains.

I bought this mass gainer a while ago.
The issue with the clumps only happens if you add your milk/water after you add the powder, if you add the powder after and mix straight away then no issue with clumps.
You must eat right if you are to gain weight in a short time.
I have a very active job and I have had to resort to eating 4/5 meals a day plus the shakes to gain the weight I have aimed for.
A big plus side of the shake is I haven't gained any unwated weight in unwanted areas. I am able to keep ripped aswell as gain weight / mass.

Mixes well as long as done correctly.
Effective as long as you stick to 2/3 a day everyday.

Dont know if it's because I'm so used to BBW premium whey which is a great product that mixes perfectly everytime, but although the premium mass does taste great it doesnt mix too well at all. Nothing worse than small unmixed clumps in your mouth.
Top tip to really up the flavor and calorie mix a scoop with a pint of skimmed milk and chuck some ice in there too, delicious minus the odd lumpy boy.

After using various different weight gainers i decided to try this one as the price and nutritional values looked promising. It indeed helped me pack on some extra weight and feed my body throughout the day. I use 2 per day and 2 whey shakes for that extra protein needs.

The taste is outstanding and compared to every other weight gainer or all in one this mixes outstanding well, no lumps in either a mesh or coil shaker :) top product, wouldnt train without it now!

Can't rate this stuff high enough, ended up buying a second tub because it tastes so nice!!

Been mixing it with 500ml whole milk and it's still nice and thick but not too thick! Really tastes like Strawberry Nesquick!?... LUSH!

Anyway, well worth getting a tub!! Love the stuff! Nice one BBW!

THOUGHT THIS WAS O.K BUT NOT THE BEST. I DID PUT A LITTLE WEIGHT ON, BUT NOT QUALITY WEIGHT. GONE BACK TO THE PREMIUM WHEY INSTEAD BECAUSE I PREFER THE HIGHER PROTEIN RATHER THAN THE CARBS.

BBW Reply: Premium mass is a very clean/lean weight gainer, low in sugars and fats. You may have not gained a substantial amount of weight, however the gains you will have made will have been very lean quality gains. Long term, this is what you want to be looking for. Some weight gainers claim to have higher calorie values, but they often contain a lot more sugar. This results in higher body fat levels, not actual muscle. Tastes very nice, most shakes I've tried tend to start off okay but after a couple of weeks of having them everyday they start to make me feel sick. Not with this product though, almost at the end of my 4kg tub and it's as nice now as it was in my first shake. Other than that it's generally a good product and a good price. I personally have 1.5 scoops in a shaker full to the top with water.. I tried 2 scoops but it was much too thick, like drinking icecream.

This product is not only really affordable but works really well too! I have tried vanilla, choc, strawberry and all three are really good tasting, a lot better than normal whey with it being a gainer its thicker and more tasty than many other mass gainers and whey ive tried.

Started using Scitec Jumbo when I first started training, now using Premium mass. To me the premium mass tastes better,mixes better and actually sits in your system for longer. Been on it for nearly a month and I have regained the 3kgs I lost when I stopped the Jumbo.
I started training at 75kgs last November and now I'm up to 86kgs with a drop of 7%body fat down to 11%. This mix kicks all the well known brands in the nuts. My one gripe is sometimes youll be left with a few clumps no matter how much you mix. All in all I would recommend this to anyone looking to shape up and gain size whilst controlling body fat.

Firstly, got to say with all your products you somehow seem to manage to make them taste AMAZING! So many companies neglect this! Just finished my first tub of Vanilla and it's decent! Very rare to find a vanilla shake that tases good!
Secondly, just gone into a cut and find the calories protein etc will be just right to still maintain a deficit! Plus finding so much good fat in a shake is quality!
Finally, you put it on offer just as I fan about to finish my tub! Even better!

I'm currently in the middle of an intensive 12 week physique transformation challenge as a result of far too many mince pies over Christmas. As a result I need to eat small and often every 3 hrs minimum to elevate my metabolism, my current job as a prison officer makes fitting in 6 meals a day difficult and it's hard to find affordable mrp's.

I took a punt on this as it had only 1 review at my time of purchase, I've used bbw premium whey on many occasions and so trust any product carrying the bbw logo.
I've been using premium mass as a meal replacement powder now twice a day in between meals for about 3 weeks and have been very pleased with the results.

When combined with intensive training and a good diet this product works very well for lean muscular gains whilst minimizing body fat gains.

Got the chocolate flavour, tastes amazing. Good macros for what I want. Im using two scoops per shake to get calories up and it still mixes fine with water. Recently finished ***k powders latest mass product/blend and although cheaper per kg tastes nowhere near as good as BBW. Definitely recommend.
