Suggested Use:
Use 2-4 servings of Premium Whey Probiotic per day as part of a well-balanced diet that includes whole foods and other protein sources. For best results, consume your daily protein needs over several small meals spread throughout the day.
Mixing Suggestions:
- Spoon Stirred: Premium Whey Probiotic is instantised! This means that if you forget your shaker cup, or don’t have the time to get out the blender, you can mix Premium Whey Probiotic with just a glass and spoon! Add 1 scoop of Premium Whey Probiotic to 180ml of water or milk, and stir for about 30 seconds and it will dissolve perfectly.
- Shaker Cup: Add 1 scoop of Premium Whey Probiotic to 180ml of water or milk in your favourite shaker, cover and shake for about 30 seconds.
- Blender: Blenders allow you to get creative! Why not add a fresh banana and natural peanut butter to your Premium Whey Probiotic shake? For basic mixing, add 1 scoop of Premium Whey to 180ml water or milk and blend for about 30 seconds. To make the shake more adventurous, add 2 scoops of Premium Whey to 400ml milk, 2-3 ice cubes, and a fresh banana, and blend for 30 seconds; voila! You have a fresh, delicious, healthy chilled milkshake.
Tip: Adjust the intensity of your Premium Whey Probiotic by varying the amount of liquid you mix it with. For a stronger, richer flavour use slightly less liquid when mixing. For a milder, less sweet taste, mix with more liquid. Larger individuals or those with greater calorie needs may want to add 2 scoops of Premium Whey (60g) to 400ml of water to increase protein consumption per shake.

What can I say that already hasn't been said. Fantastic product, mixes like a dream, the chocolate cookie flavour blew me away, i don't think I'll ever eat proper food again it is that good. Again a first from BBW!

By far the best tasting protein i've ever had. I used to get the Choc Cookie Premium Whey which slightly differed in taste to this one. Mixes instantly, has a smooth choc cookie taste which is unbeatable. Could easily pass as a Nesquik milkshake.
For a protein shake, you're getting a lot of extra ingredients including Glutamine (essential for serious bodybuilding) and amino acids.
