Great supplement for post workout shakes. Easily mixed and very easily digested with no stomach discomfort afterwords.
Very cheap and goes great with Bodybuilding Warehouse Whey protein.
I used it with BBW whey protein to make a mass gainer which can be mixed to suit different needs.
