*Bodybuilding Warehouse ZMA - 120 Tabs

I bought these because I train hard, but still have restless nights. Since taking these, I've slept like a log every night without fail. Like others have said, the first couple of days i had a thick head for the first couple of hours or so but 2 weeks in and that's no longer an issue. The dream thing is true for me too. I've never remembered dreams, but I drive the missus nuts talking in my sleep. Now I actually know what she is referring to. Definitely recommend these to aid sleep.

Spent 3 months struggling to sleep, and because i'm a bloke, refused to enquire with the doctors. Stumbled upon this product upon a routine search for sleep patterns and body building and came recommended.

Easy to see why, first week of taking it I was sleeping soundly with minimal interruptions. Couple of months on and I sleep entirely through the night. Has left me a little groggy in a morning, but it's very rare. More often than not I wake up very refreshed. I'd choose this over Nytol which often left me sleepy for hours after waking up.

This is a great product, I have been using it for a week now and find it helps a lot.
This is a great product if u have a hard workout and want a good rest at night.
I have been waking up feeling refreshed and ready to go again, now I can finally get back into training again.

knew before using I wasnt getting enough zinc & magnesium in my diet, supplementing with this helped me wake up the next day more refreshed and better recovered, price wise the best and good quality doses used.

Excellent supplement! Went through a stage of having awesome dreams off this bad boy as a bonus! Great gains noticed, would cycle this from time to time though! All in all worth having definitely.

This is strange in my opinion seeing the ZMA from BBW actually contains calcium??

BBW - The calcium in our ZMA is a very low dose & is used purely to bind the tablet, the level of the actual Zinc content balances the calcium added. We would advise that at the time when ZMA tablets are taken that you avoid calcium rich drink or food.

Similarly to others here, I used to wake up a lot in the night, but this definitely helps me get a longer nights sleep and I feel a little more refreshed in the morning. Sometimes it feels like I need to take a few days or so off from having it as the affects tend to diminish (perhaps I am getting used to a decent sleep now?) When I first took ZMA my dreams were pretty vivid, but that has gone (sadly!). I take on an empty stomach in the evening as directed (sometimes with 5 tabs of L-Glutamine). Overall, my recovery is great and I rarely ache (I do 2 sessions a day).

I had been sleeping unusually lightly recently so i bought a tub of ZMA after doing a bit of research. They seem to have done the trick on the sleeping front and i am getting a better quality of sleep. Ive only been on them a week so any anabolic qualitys they have will not have kicked in yet but we all know the better we sleep the more we grow.

After taking a different supplement company's powder version of zma, and not reacting well to it, I must say that I was hesitant in wanting to try any other form of zma. The main issue was that I would wake up in the middle of the night and be on the toilet for quite some time. However, I decided to purchase this product as it was a very good price, and i have had great experiences with BBW products. I was able to get good nights sleep, something which i hadn't had for a few months, and I woke up feeling refreshed. Even if it is just for helping with the sleep, I do recommend this product.

Lower price than other ZMA products, higher dosage and does its job. Makes me feel more rested in a morning as I struggle to sleep enough. Makes me require less sleep and also seems to keep me asleep as I used to wake up a lot before taking ZMA. Great product and only £10.99 for 2 months supply. Just make sure you don't take it with anything containing calcium such as milk/casein supplements because calcium blocks absorption.

The price is very low compared to other ZMA products, the dosage is higher and it does its job. I struggle to sleep enough and it makes me feel more rested in a morning on less sleep. Also seems to keep me asleep as I used to wake up often. Great product, 2 months supply for only £10.99. Just make sure you don't take it with casein/milk or anything containing calcium as it blocks absorption.

I have tried a few ZMA products and this is by far the cheapest and the best value for money. Two before bed with a premium casein and it really does help me sleep and recover better.

Stupidly cheap, and great value for money, ive seen other companies try and add extra stuff to ZMA tabs to make them all fancy and increase the price.. but this here is all you need. Great nights sleep, wake up feeling great every time. Works really well with BBW taurine.

After the first use I noticed better sleep; certainly does help me feel refreshed in the morning. Great price; you get 2 months worth, at recommended dosage, for less than £11. For the improved sleep alone I would recommend BBW ZMA but the fact that this aids recovery and also may improve T levels this should be considered by anyone who worksout on a regular basis.
