Orange Flavour

I had to take 2 scoops to get anything from this product but once inside me i felt like i could go on for hours. I chose orange flavour but would not buy orange again as it tastes awful. Bodybuilding Warehouse Team: Thanks for your comment. As its a pre-workout, its more important on the effect it will give rather than the taste. Taste will also be personal as we have had good reviews on this flavour/product. Id recommend trying a different flavour (fruit punch) maybe as this is a very popular flavour. Mmm Watermelon

I used this product intra-workout and found the watermelon flavour to be an amazing taste. What I found with this product was that muscle soreness arrived sooner than normal, but went away faster than usual. Therefore I feel that it helped me with my recovery times as well as providing me with a nice tasting drink during my workout.

Mellow Energy

This pre workout is the mildest that I have used although this isn't to say it's bad. The energy burst does not rival jack3d or even BBWs Charge, so it wouldn't get you through an intense leg workout but it does the trick for a cardio session

Great Product - Expensive On BBW

I used to get 1MR when it had the ingredient 1,3DMAA which has since been banned. I loved it back then and got great workouts from it (although my first time was INSANE and I couldn't rest - great workout though!)... I was sent the new stuff accidentally, which I was expecting to be awful - however i am really pleased with it! Blue Raspberry is great - Fruit Punch is a bit bitter for my liking (it's all about the taste with pre-workouts!! haha). A bit expensive on here though, it is MUCH cheaper elsewhere......... hopefully BBW will change this?
