Taking BSN AMINOx:
To maximize the effects of AMINOx consume 120 oz. of water per day and a diet that is rich in protein and carbohydrates. Your body chemistry and weight will determine how long it takes to experience the effect of AMINOx. AMINOx begins to induce its maximum effects in weeks 3-12. After 12 weeks of use, discontinue for at least 4 weeks.

I did lot of research online between BCAA in Whey and free form BCCA. As the BCAA in Whey are bonded and free form BCCA are readily available and so the recovery will be quicker.
Well this is my first BCCA supplement and the taste (fruit punch) is great. Great stack with BSN Xplode, and whey of any brand! Well if you are looking for quick recovery I would recommend but its not necessary to take BCAA IMO if you take more servings of whey in a day!(Posted on 13/03/2012)
