Pre-workout... Meh?

Not going to lie, I couldn't tell the difference when I use this as a pre and when I don't. Was going to say I've built up some sort of tolerance to the product but, I don't think so... I generally don't drink coffee because I'm quite sensitive to caffeine. Just that somehow, I just don't really feel much of a difference when I use it. But it tastes great though! :) Bodybuilding Warehouse Team: Hello Dex, thank you for your review. People have differing tolerances to pre-workouts and it may be that the dosage you are taking and the time you take the pre-workout are hindering its performance. Good Post Workout Supplement

Arctic Berry and Blue Raz both taste fantastic. In terms of results, it definitely helps if you've got a good balanced high protein diet. I usually have it during my workout and find that, alongside BSN N.O-Xplode, it helps milk out those final reps! Little expensive for what it is, though! Other than that, the only real negative is the fact you have to use half the water that you did with the original Cell Mass... Unless you like the taste of slightly flavoured water!!

Energy Overload

This pre workout gives you the extra edge in the gym to go that bit longer and do the few extra reps or few extra miles. Just don't take a few hours before bed as you won't get to sleep. Only problem is price!!!
