Top Quality For Gains And Recovery

After taking this creatine for 3 months it has helped me gain 12 lbs (now 14st 2) [obviously results will differ person to person] and recovery times have improved after the gym. I don't cycle or load, just one scoop after the gym or in the morning on rest days with some juice or a piece of fruit to help intake. A good product and I would recommend to anybody trying to push for that extra size in the gym.

Vanilla...

I have previously reviewed this product and have purchased all other flavours apart from vanilla and they have all been exceptional. But, i decided to try vanilla this time, bad choice. I now have 4kg of protein that i CANNOT use due to the fact it tastes so rotton i feel sick when drinking it. Severely disappointed with this flavour.

Now used this product for a week. What I have experienced with this, increased urination, increased defecation and a loss of £9.99. Despite any claims and other user experiences I have not experienced, increased focus, increased vascularity, increased pumps of any description or anything else that could remotely be claimed to be assistive effect. This may work for you but for me nothing. Another waste of money!

As far as creatine goes, this is the easiest form to supplement with. I add a flat scoop to my morning and post workout shakes. Curbs hunger and gives an amazing pump.

Only been using it a little while but already noticing big results! It's amazing! I just add a scoop to my protein shake after the gym
