Delivery Details & Returns

At Bodybuilding Warehouse we give you FREE 48hr Shipping on orders to the mainland UK! Orders to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or Islands off the coast of the UK incur a small £2.99 fee due to the extra cost of shipping. *Please see the list of Post Codes that incur this small charge below.

All orders up to 1kg are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class - which is usually a next working day service - and all larger orders, via 48hr DPD.

If you want your items sooner than that, we can upgrade any order to 24hr delivery for £2.99. Free delivery is a non-guaranteed service and although it usually takes 24 to 48hrs may take longer. Our 24hr upgrade is guaranteed and if you don't receive your item in 1 working day, we will refund the additional charge. To qualify for next working day delivery you must order by 2pm on a weekday.

This only applies to working days - i.e. we do not deliver on Saturday / Sunday as the cost of these out of hours deliveries would impact our low pricing. Also, please try to ensure your order is with us by 1pm to ensure same day dispatch.

We will email confirmation of you order on receipt and for those orders being delivered by DPD you will receive further delivery update emails.  Should you not be at home to sign for your DPD delivery, DPD will leave your parcel with a neighbour if it is possible to do this. If you leave a signed authorisation note DPD will leave your parcel in an alternate place at your delivery address however this will be entirely at your own risk.

Any orders that total £200+ will only be dispatched to the registered billing address, this is purely a security measure to protect customers from fraudulent uses of their billing information.

If an order is returned to us due to customer error then a re-shipping fee of £6.99 is applicable. This is due to the cost of re-packing, and re-shipping that item. A refund of the item can be provided as an alternative, but the shipping cost will have to be taken out of this due to it being a cost we have incurred shipping the item out in the first place. If the error is ours, the item will of course be re-shipped at our cost.

If you would prefer to collect your order direct from Bodybuilding Warehouse please call us first to place your order, confirm we have the items you want and to schedule a customer collection slot, these time slots are currently available Monday - Friday between 10am - 4.00pm.

Returns

We want our customers to be happy with the goods they bought, and ecstatic about our delivery and service. We will take back any faulty good and exchange it for a new one, or refund you in full. Please ensure goods are returned via recorded delivery to ensure it gets here safely, and enclose a note with the package to say when you bought it, and what your name, address and contact details are so we can find that transaction record.

Goods should be returned in original, unopened packaging. If you've opened it up, had a few tries and don't like it or want something else, we obviously cannot take it back as it is then unsalable.

Sale Items – Any of the sale items that are purchased are not eligible for a refund beyond 7 days of the purchase date. This is due to the nature of the reduction as this will generally be applied due to the best before date approaching/lapsing. All sale items are clearly listed with their best before dates or damage that has occurred. If an item is returned to us by the customer or by failure to receive the parcel there will be a returns fee applicable of either £3.99 or £6.99 depending on which delivery service was used. Cancelled Orders

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with our terms and guidance. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
• The identification of a pricing or product description error.

Orders for the Channel Islands

If you are resident in one of the Channel Islands and your order is being delivered to your home address in the Channel Islands please contact us to place your first order so we can ensure the correct VAT status is applied (VAT will not be charged on products ordered).  As soon as we have set-up and processed your first order all future orders will process via the website correctly providing you log into your customer account when using the Bodybuilding Warehouse website.
