Ingredients:
Natural Freeze-Dried Orange Juice Concentrate, Buffered Creatine Monohydrate pH12+ (Kre-Alkalyn), Fructose, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Flavourings, Colouring (Beta Carotene), Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Sweetener (Sucralose).
Directions:
For each serving add the contents of a sachet to 200ml of chilled water and stir or shake thoroughly. Take one serving 1 or 2 times a day.
