Essential Fatty Acids
Essential Fatty Acids or "EFAs" as they are commonly referred to as, are fats that we cannot synthesize in our body and must taken in through diet - i.e. through eating more fatty fish (salmon, mackerel etc.), nuts, or EFA supplements.
