Fat loss is one of the hardest goals in bodybuilding - but there's a huge range of bodybuilding supplements to help you get there! Fat burners supplements can be split into several main categories:
- Thermogenic Fat Burners (often appetite suppressing)
- Stimulant Free Fat Burners (or "stim-free fat burners")
- Fat blockers
- Thyroid Based Fat Burners
Most fat burners are "thermogenic" and aim to increase your base metabolic rate by a few percentage points so your body burns more calories than it would do otherwise. An advantage of thermogenic bodybuilding fat burners is that they will often decrease appetite (and reduce cravings), whilst also improving energy levels.
Stimulant free fat burners, fat blockers and thyroid based fat burners can be stacked with thermogenic fat burners to increase their impact and the success of the supplement stack. Stim-free fat burners will improve the rate at which your body burns fat, without antagonising your beta receptors, and are useful for those creating a fat-loss stack or who have pre-existing hypertension and don't wish to chance elevating it. Fat blockers reduce the amount of fat (or in some case carbs) absorbed at each meal. Thyroid based fat burners up-regulate and optimise the activity of your thyroid to improve loss of stubborn fat - they're great for the last few weeks of a diet, but you should ensure you take long breaks between "cycles" since they're also quite powerful.

It Is Very Expensive
It is a very expensive product and I haven't got any results yet! I just really hope it will works!
Perfect For Cutting
Been using these over the last year in stints whilst training the same. They work great for cutting and im now in smaller waist jeans! I didn't use them to just diet, i combined them with performance protein and flapjacks when i am hungry. My aim was to get lean and also build muscle all at the same time. Blaze definately helps with this, gives you that extra edge boost and helps suppress your appetite. I would advise weening onto them, when i start after a break i always go for one a day then build up to 3 tabs. I would also advise not taking them if your doing a late eveing gym session as you might struggle to sleep. Great product! :D
Old Version Was Better
This is a good product but to be honest their old version was a lot better before they were forced to removed some ingredients to make the hippys happy. Does what it says on the tin, Gives you an extra edge for fat loss :)
I'd had the diet whey before, however the vanilla flavour was a first for me. tastes tremendous. by the the best all-in-one diet protein on the market, and still the cheapest. As for the Blaze - I've been taking them about a week now. At first I was wired for hours off them, but I've developed a tolerance pretty quickly. Now they don't give me any more of a buzz than a caffeine tablet. Too early to say how effective they are, but they're certainly suppressing my appetite, which is great when cutting on a low-carb diet.
