How to take Gaspari MyoFusion Probiotic Protein:
Liquid Per Scoop: Add 1 scoop per 6-8 fl. oz. or 2 scoops per 12-16 fl. oz. with water, nonfat milk or your favorite beverage.
Shake: Add one to two scoops of Myofusion Probiotic to your shaker cup, cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Stir: Add one to two scoops of Myofusion Probiotic to a large glass, then mix it up with a spoon. Stir for 20 seconds or until the powder is completely dissolved.
Blend: Add one to two scoops of Myofusion to a blender, blend for 20-30 seconds, then add 1 or 2 ice cubes and blend for an additional 30 seconds.
Consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight through a combination of high protein foods and protein supplements. Use 2-4 servings (39g per serving) per day as part of a well-balanced diet that includes whole foods and other protein sources. For best results, consume your daily protein needs over several small meals spread evenly throughout the day.

First time user, and was firstly very impressed with the delivery service, ordered yesterday...arrived today, but what was happy with most was the notification of specific time of when the item would arrive, no waiting around all day! which has always been a problem with other sellers for me
The protein itself is everything I had read about online, mixes great, good nutrient info and tastes fantastic! Have previously paid more for good tasting protein that lacked a decent amount of protein per serving, no more! Am sticking with this

I enjoyed taking myofusion a lot, the taste was amazing; (I had chocolate peanut butter) although it did ruin one shaker because of the after smell which I couldn't get rid of! But it mixed very easy and it is not just a whey isolate as it includes brown rice protein etc and is a probiotic so will therefore work quicker than other isolates. I would definitely reccomend this to anyone in the fitness industry; bodybuilders, athletes or anyone looking to keep fit.

Quite pricey for just 2.2kg, but considering its one scoop a shake just means you can't have as regularly of other products, which is a shame as it really tastes amazing. I had the cookies and cream tub, and was really impressed with it.
Overall, I probably would try again, maybe sided with a small bag of cheap bbw whey, just to have as snacks and use this post workout.
