Directions For Gaspari Viridex XT:
As a dietary supplement, take two (2) tablets in the morning with 16-20 ounces of water. For even better results, you may take two (2) additional tablets in the evening with 16-20 ounces of water. Due to the exceptional efficacy of this product, do not exceed four (4) tablets per day under any circumstances. Do not use this product for more than six (6) weeks without a 30 day break.

In to my 3rd week of taking this and have noticed a few changes. I've dropped a fair bit of body fat and gained a little bit of mass, not a lot but a noticeable difference.
I must say when I first started this, I didn't get much from it until week two where my strength and energy noticeably increased.

Started taking this 14 days ago, had heard mixed reviews but having used Gaspari products in the past decided to give this a try.
After the first six days I was beginning to think that this was a dud product as I literally seemed to have no effects I could feel however a few more days in and my sleep improved greatly, I seemed to have alot more endurance at the gym and an overall feeling of well being gradually was coming over me...............am 14 days in and feel good, endurance and strength has impoved, more sleep and pretty high rises in libido............this is not a take 1 pill and feel amazing product but stick with it & no doubt you will be impressed.(Posted on 07/01/2012)
