Does give you a hightened labido, possibly has assisted in getting a little leaner, but no strength gains and really sore joints after a few weeks use. Also upset my stomach for a couple of weeks. For a slight buzz of well being with some unpleasant side effects then its ok! No amazing effects, stopped taking it can't wait for joints to feel normal again
