Tried grenade thermo detonator after a few tubs of warrior blaze. Found this product to be much better with a far more superior workout boost, certainly improves stamina and endurance. Weight has also seen a big benefit dropped 3lbs in the first 2 weeks and for the first time can actually start to see my six pack as fat is stripping away from the right areas. Great product would defo recommend.

i normally use VPX meltdown, but these were out of stock, so i tried grenade. works really well, good pre workout focus and energy, and helped with my cut. will def use again!!

I found these good but found blaze to be a little better, I was taking 6 per day to get the same results as I did with blaze. Good for per worlouts and to get you though tough sessions. The packaging also makes for a great toy for your little kiddies. lol
