grenade is a good product and will shift some pounds however in my opinion warrior blaze the old and new and ds lean xtreme are much better in terms of quality and value

Took these supplements to try and break through my weight loss plateau but can't say I was overly impressed. Feel like I would have burned just as much fat without them. Also, they made me feel quite sick and gave me heart burn if I didn't guzzle copious amounts of water. They seem to have worked for others but sadly not me.

Tried grenade thermo detonator after a few tubs of warrior blaze. Found this product to be much better with a far more superior workout boost, certainly improves stamina and endurance. Weight has also seen a big benefit dropped 3lbs in the first 2 weeks and for the first time can actually start to see my six pack as fat is stripping away from the right areas. Great product would defo recommend.

I found these good but found blaze to be a little better, I was taking 6 per day to get the same results as I did with blaze. Good for per worlouts and to get you though tough sessions. The packaging also makes for a great toy for your little kiddies. lol
