Taking LG Sciences Methyl 1-D XL:
As a dietary supplement take 4 to 6 capsules per day in two divided doses. Use Methyl 1-D for 4 to 6 week cycles. Do not exceed recommended dose. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery.
