I have been using Combat for roughly a month now and I am very happy with it (I just ordered a new batch).
Usage: I use this both 30min pre and 20-30min post workout and occasionally before bed if I haven't met my macros for the day.
Taste: Tastes great and to me it tastes exactly like chocolate milk when mixed with water. I have had a few shakes with milk but these have been blended up with banana's and honey and these always taste fantasic.
Mixability: Mixes perfectly even mixing 2 shakes in one shaker. I have never had any clumps. It mixes into a slightly thick shake but not too thick.
Effectiveness: Muscle soreness is down and I have noticed that on the nights that I take it pre bedtime that I am waking up feeling much much better. I am doing a slow bulk at the moment but I think this will also work great for a cut.(Posted on 26/01/2013)
