Use only ONE serving (1 LEVEL scoop) in a 24 hour period. Mix ONE LEVEL scoop into 4 to 5 oz. of cold water 30 minutes prior to working out. DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN 1 SCOOP UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
