Directions For Use:

good protein blend, i used first thing in the morning, after training and before bed as it contains both fast and slow release proteins. It tasted bad to start with but i soon got used to it, will buy again

I like cheap protein powder and am not overly worries about flavour, but this stuff is poor. Very chalky and no matter how many scoops you use it always makes a very thin shake. I would recommend to just multi buy a better brand of protein powder. You'll have to buy 2 or 3 tubs, and it will still be a bit more pricey, but well worth it.
Trying to be positive, if you just use your powder to make whey and fruit smoothies, then I can't imagine you would taste it, so probably worth a shot.

I have used a variety of protein products over the years, but this one is the only product that:
1. Tastes great
2. Has no nasty side-effects e.g., wind
3. Easy to mix if you use a blender
4. Results in increased lean muscle.
I am already planning on ordering another when this one finishes, but it is such a big tub that it has lasted ages, so is GOOD VALUE too. BodyBuilding Warehouse delivery was also really good, with text updates of exact date/time of delivery.(Posted on 11/01/2013)

This product is nearly impossible to mix with milk, and still leaves a grain a the bottom with water. It is that hard to mix it broke my electric smoothie mixer. The taste is disgusting also, and will take alot to stomach. Cheap enough though.
